The Wolves Football Association is a tax exempt organization as described in Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code; EIN 81-0614238.  If you have donated over $250 during the calendar year, and desire a donation confirmation letter, please request one by using the contact form above and select ‘treasurer’ in the Board Member to Contact section.

To ensure a timely response please denote the following for each donation you made:

  • date you made your donation
  • amount of the donation
  • what you donated the money for

As a reminder the value of a good or service provided to you as part of a donation (example: dinner) is not deductible.  The WFA will provide a good faith estimate of the value of the good or service in the letter. 

The WFA will try to respond to all letter request within ten business days.
